Joanna Buczkowska has 22 years of commercial real estate experience. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2000. Since the early days of her career she has been responsible for building and managing the firm’s administration team and all processes related to business operations across Poland. Joanna has coordinated several office relocations and refurbishments. She has also participated in the firm’s merger, supporting the process of building its new local organizational culture. Joanna and her team are committed to enhancing employee experience and improving the firm’s operational standards in multiple areas. She has successfully completed dozens of wellbeing, work-life balance and sustainability projects. She is also a member of the project team responsible for Well certification.
