Paulina Bauer joined Cushman & Wakefield in December 2020 as a retail portfolio manager. In her new role as Head of Retail Asset Services, she is responsible for business process optimization in line with the firm’s standards, for coordination and ongoing support of real estate teams, technical assistance, as well as the development of the Asset Services business line. Paulina has over 17 years of professional experience in property and asset management, relationships with tenants, and HR management. Previously, she worked as a centre manager for Cefic Polska, Atrium Poland, Neinver and AIG/Lincoln with a focus on such shopping centres as Wola Park, Atrium Reduta, Atrium Targówek and Galeria Słoneczna. She has also contributed to the success of Factory Outlet and Futura Park in Krakow. In previous years Paulina served as the Director of the Property Management Office, managing a portfolio of 19 properties throughout Poland including service units, retail parks, rental apartments and student accommodation facilities.
