Roman Litwin

Senior Project Manager • Poland

Roman is a project manager in the Project & Development Services department at Cushman & Wakefield’s Warsaw office. He is responsible for carrying out office, retail as well as warehouse and production projects.

Prior to joining C&W, Roman led the Polish branch of the SKM company, which acted as a substitute for the investor, the owner of the Shell petrol station network. He was involved in transformation of the significant part of Neste network to Shell stations and in a number of new investments including stations in Puck and service areas (MOPs) on the A2 motorway at Nowostawy and Niesułków.

Working at AmRest Roman supervised and led several hundred projects in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary involving various types of dining facilities including free standing drive-thru, in-line street, mall based and food court restaurants, on behalf of a number of renowned brands such as Starbucks, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King among others. He also oversaw the project development and refurbishment of the Zodiak building in the center of Warsaw, while the facility continued to trade. He successfully assisted the investor in the procedures aimed at obtaining a building permit, effectively carrying out difficult negotiations with owners and user of neighboring buildings.
