Sylwia joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012. She has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and tenant relations with 12 years in retail centres and office space marketing having worked for a major developer active in CEE before working for Cushman & Wakefield. She is a licensed Property Manager and certificated business trainer and coach. She has prepared and implemented marketing and communication strategies for about 200 commercial properties in Poland. Her experience includes the launching and opening of new assets onto the market, strategy creation, repositioning and retail centres and office buildings in main cities and challenging local markets. Sylwia has extensive experience in the creation of the events and promotions.
