Nagel-Group is a new tenant of Panattoni Park Poznań VIII

The Challenge

Cushman & Wakefield Polska Sp. z o.o. has been appointed by Nagel Polska Sp. z o.o an agent and advisor in the process of acquiring transshipment and cold storage space in Poland. Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for coordination of the process of finding the right location and negotiations of lease terms.

The Solution

We have identified a number of developers offering Class A warehouse space suitable for meeting the Client’s nonstandard requirements. Our involvement helped Nagel Polska to save time and focus on running their business.

The Results

Negotiations and meetings resulted in a delivery of space suitable for the Client’s needs in terms of design, technical aspects and rental rates. Nagel-Group has signed a lease for over 6,000 sq m of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Poznań VIII, a logistics centre under construction in Komorniki.
