ESG: Cushman & Wakefield launches parking spaces with electric chargers in Lisbon city centre
15/05/2023
The initiative is part of the ESG policies that have been adopted by Cushman & Wakefield.
Cushman & Wakefield, the leading global consultancy in real estate services, announces that, as part of its ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) strategy, it has developed and implemented, in the Alto do Parque Building, in Lisbon, pre-equipped parking spaces with chargers for electric vehicles.
The building's parking spaces, which are next to El Corte Inglés, will be available to the general public, with a fee-based offer - anyone who works in the area can reserve a private parking space with a wallbox already installed, without having to worry about electrical installations and certifications.
For André Navarro, Partner and Head of Retail Asset Services "this offer adds value and stands out for the fact that it is available to anyone, and not just for the occupants of the building, as well as for adding more convenience to the usual parking space service.” “These types of initiatives are important for Cushman & Wakefield, as we seek to follow and anticipate actions that have a positive impact and are in line with our ESG standards.”
