Amplifon Portugal changes premises, but remains at Quinta da Fonte
21/06/2023
The company, in permanent growth in the national market, was already in Quinta da Fonte, but in another building. Recognizing the added value of being part of a business park, and liking the characteristics that Quinta da Fonte has, they have now opted for building Q57 – D. Sancho I, which will occupy around 600m2, which stands out for its high quality as well as excellent sun exposure and its private terrace.
Also the fact that MEAG continually invests in improving its buildings was a critical point who supported this choice.
According to Emílio Martano, General Director of Amplifon, “Investing in an expansion plan that covers the whole country, Minisom, an Amplifon Brand, has grown by investing in its human assets, in their development, training and well-being. The move to the new space will provide our employees with a more innovative, brighter work environment with more space, integrating the professional and recreational aspects as well, with spaces for socializing and leisure.”
Minisom combines the international experience of more than 70 years of the Amplifon Group, world leader in hearing solutions, to the recognition and experience that the Minisom brand has in the Portuguese market, offering exclusive, innovative and highly personalized products and services, to guarantee everyone who comes to us the most personalized solution and an exceptional experience. Currently, it has 76 own hearing centers and around 100 collaborating centers in Portugal.
Afonso Almeida Fernandes, Senior Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield commented “It was particularly gratifying to be able to represent MEAG with whom we have a long and fruitful relationship, in placing Amplifon in one of its buildings in Quinta da Fonte. Throughout the negotiation process, Amplifon officials were very clear about their needs and we are pleased that we were able to satisfy them.”
