The Bodo hub, in Santa Maria da Feira, and the Santa Comba Dão hub, in Viseu, will offer around 24,403 m2 and 17,373 m2 of area for industrial warehouses.
Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global consultancy in real estate services, and another agent, are jointly and exclusively responsible for the sale of two Cifial factories, located in Santa Maria da Feira and in Viseu.
In Polo do Bodo, the property is located on a plot of land with 58,409 m2 and a construction area of 24,403 m2. The Polo de Santa Comba Dão is inserted in a land with 69,190 m2 and a construction area of 17,373 m2.
The location of both assets is one of their advantages, due to the excellent access to the main roads, namely the A1 and A35, respectively, offering proximity to the center of Porto, Aveiro and Viseu, Porto airport, Leixões sea ports and Aveiro.
The existing buildings include spaces for industry and storage, having been used for the production and storage of faucets and sanitary ware.
According to Sérgio Nunes, Head of Industrial & Logistics at Cushman & Wakefield, “It is with great satisfaction that we announce the marketing of two properties of the renowned Cifial. Based on our vast market experience and considering the increased demand for industrial and logistics units in our country, we believe that this is the perfect timing to embrace this project and promote these assets.”
