Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global consultancy firm in real estate services, announces that it has find space to another technology company in Porto, more precisely StrypesTechnical Software. The consultant was responsible for the lease of an office space of circa 1000m2 to the Dutch-born company, which develops software and engineering solutions in various sectors, such as automotive, aerospace, machines and high-tech systems, among others.
The location chosen by Strypes to set up its new office in Porto was the Monsenhor 44 building. A project developed by Geo Investimentos and owned by Real Seguros, Monsenhor 44 is a new office space converted from an industrial loft, with ground floor and mezzanine. It is located next to Rua Guerra Junqueiro, very close to Avenida da Boavista and therefore benefits from excellent access, also offering a wide range of shops and services in its surroundings.
For Maria João Pinto, Consultant in the office department at Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, in Porto: “This building was a renovation that was very well achieved by Geoinvestimentos and meets all the conditions that Strypes intended for the daily lives of its employees. A good location, in an appealing space, capable of attracting and retaining talent. We are talking about a Stand Alone that has the capacity, by itself, to create collaborative areas and offers the possibility for each tenant to explore their branding and identity”.
