Cushman & Wakefield and another agent won a co-exclusive mandate to market Logicor’s asset at Ermida Logistic Park

The asset, is located in the Ermida industrial area (Santo Tirso), comprising four independent units, that are currently in the final stage of construction, expected to be delivered in December 2023.
With a total warehouse area of 28,895 sq. m and a large office space of 1,597 sq. m, each unit has a ceiling height of 11.4 metres and is equipped with 8 loading bays and LED lighting. The external area has 266 car parking slots for light vehicles and 32 for heavy vehicles.
Ermida Logistic Park is one of the most important logistics complexes in the Greater Porto area and is located just a few minutes away from the city, offering excellent accessibility and a consolidated communications network. Located just 3 minutes away from the A3 motorway and close to the airport, as well as, the main ports in the area.
