Cushman & Wakefield supports IKEA in opening its 10th Planning and Ordering Studio in Portugal

IKEA's 10th planning and ordering studio in Portugal has a total area of around 222 m2 and is located on Avenida da República nº 55B, one of the main road traffic avenues in the center of Lisbon, being close to Campo Pequeno and Avenida de Berna. The store also benefits from an excellent exposure to the avenue through its corner facade, and has a unique characteristic, as it has two private interior gardens, totaling more than 50 m2.
In terms of supply, the space will be used to implement IKEA's first planning studio in a high street unit.
Cushman & Wakefied acted on behalf of the entity that owns this business, EMGI – Investment Group.
