Cushman & Wakefield is leasing spaces in Liberdade building 227

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) was selected to lease the Liberdade 227 store, an asset managed by multi-jurisdictional real estate investor and developer, Arish Capital Partners. Located in the center of Lisbon, specifically on the luxurious Avenida da Liberdade, the store is 800m2 and the building is currently under renovation. Located on the most exclusive avenue in Portugal, the Liberdade 227 building comprises, in addition to the retail space, nine floors of modern offices with views of the city. The renovation project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
