C&W Design + Build deliver projects under a single ‘turn-key’ contract. This means we act as Designer, Engineer, Project Manager and General Contractor.
C&W Design + Build is a business line within the Project & Development Services group. As such, by choosing a Design + Build route the client does not engage with a different team, simply we provide the additional resources necessary (i.e. designer, site manager, engineer, H&S coordinator) to take direct and complete control of the project to ensure delivery on-time and on-budget.
We act as the construction company via a separate legal entity which are wholly owned by Cushman & Wakefield and holds all the necessary construction and professional liability insurances.
C&W Design + Build provides a genuine ‘turn-key’ delivery model for our clients. Our team will ensure that you are fully advised and informed at every stage of the project. Working with other professionals within the PDS group, the design, management and execution of the works will be of the standard our clients have come to expect.
