Roman Gazdík and Tomáš Némethy were promoted to partners in the Cushman & Wakefield firm.
Roman Gazdík is the head of the office department, he focuses on representing building owners when renting offices and also representing tenants when looking for new offices. He joined the Cushman & Wakefield office team as a consultant in February 2012, and then worked at J&T Real Estate as a Leasing Manager, but in 2016 he returned to Cushman & Wakefield and led the office team.
Roman Gazdík is a member of the company's local board of directors and holds an MRICS title.
He graduated from the Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Silesia in the Czech Republic.
Tomáš Némethy is the head of the real estate valuation and consultancy team in Slovakia and focuses on special consultancy services for Slovak as well as for foreign companies. He has been working at Cushman & Wakefield since 2019, where he joined the real estate valuation team as head of the department. He was in charge of building a completely new team, as valuation services for the Slovak market were provided from the Czech Republic until now. He has been working in the field of real estate for 13 years. Before Cushman & Wakefield, he worked at Tatra Bank as a financial analyst for a portfolio of real estate projects in Slovakia. After joining CBRE in 2015, he was part of the investment team and later part of the valuation team.
Tomáš Némethy is also a member of the local board and holds the MRICS degree. He studied International Management at the Comenius University.
