Lenka has been part of the Cushman & Wakefield team since January 2025, serving as a Centre Manager for the Adventum portfolio.

She has extensive experience in shopping center management and the real estate market. Her career began in 2008 at EMCM (now CBRE) as a Centre Manager for OC Zlaté Piesky, and from 2010, she led OC Nitra Tesco. In 2017, she took on responsibility for four shopping centers and 60 Tesco shopping arcades as a Regional Mall Manager.

She has been involved in the renovation and redevelopment of multiple projects, including OC Lamač, OC Nitra, and OC Dunajská Streda, and played a key role in the realization of OC Galéria Petržalka. In 2019, she became the Portfolio Manager for the entire TESCO network, where she focused on property divestment and coordinated technical, legal, and leasing audits related to building sales.
