Lenka je súčasťou tímu Cushman & Wakefield od januára 2025, kde pôsobí na pozícii Centre Manager pre Adventum portfolio.

Má dlhoročné skúsenosti v oblasti správy obchodných centier a realitného trhu. Svoju kariéru začala v roku 2008 vo firme EMCM (dnes CBRE) ako Centre Manager pre OC Zlaté Piesky, následne od roku 2010 viedla OC Nitra Tesco. V roku 2017 prevzala zodpovednosť za štyri obchodné centrá a 60 nákupných pasáží Tesco ako Regional Mall Manager.

Podieľala sa na rekonštrukcii a prestavbe viacerých projektov, vrátane OC Lamač, OC Nitra, OC Dunajská Streda, a zohrala kľúčovú úlohu pri realizácii OC Galéria Petržalka. V roku 2019 sa stala manažérkou portfólia pre celé TESCO, kde sa venovala odpredaju nehnuteľností a koordinovala technické, právne a leasingové audity v rámci predaja budov.
