Abby currently serves as Senior Economist, Global Head of Investor Insights where she acts as the chief spokesperson and Research-lead for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Investor & Capital Markets business on all topics related to investor research.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Abby spent 15 years building and leading real estate investment strategy platforms at large CRE research institutions, prominent analytics/technology firms and several institutional private equity firms.

Abby has a Master’s in Economics with a specialization in Mathematical Economics from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with further Master’s level education in real estate finance, construction and development from The University of Denver (DU) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
