Mr. Gleason joined Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon, Inc. in March of 2007 as a Market Analysis Specialist. During this time he specialized in both office and industrial distribution markets, while severing as the Northwest Regional Area Analyst. After spending almost five years working in the MAS role, Abe transitioned to a Senior Analyst with the Property Tax team and an Appraiser Assistant.

Mr. Gleason’s appraisal assignments have included an extensive range of property types, including office, industrial and retail. Mr. Gleason also has valuable experience in residential market rent studies, historical building appraisal and land appraisal.

Mr. Gleason’s property tax experience includes analysis and appeal fillings for some of the larger industrial users in the state of Oregon, including Lumber Products, Precision Castparts Corp., ESCO and Blount, Inc. His attention to detail and work ethic has not only provided success within his appraisals but has aided in strengthening his client base across the property tax platform as well.
