Adrian is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Project & Development Services (PDS) team in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He has 25 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries and manages a team of 72 professionals overseeing over $1.8 billion of development and construction projects annually. These projects include mixed-use commercial and industrial development projects, healthcare, mission critical and bio-pharma multi-market programs, government institutional projects and headquarter campus developments or re-developments.

Adrian has also served as General Contractor on large base building and development projects. He has worked for Clark Construction and Turner/Tompkins in Washington, DC representing developers, tenants and building owners in new developments, and the relocation of tenants into new workplaces space totaling over 40 million square feet (msf).

In October 2020, Adrian was appointed Vice President Alumni of the Mid-Atlantic chapter for INROADS Organization, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. For over four decades, INROADS has helped businesses gain greater access to diverse talent. They support leadership development of ethnically diverse students and place them in internships at many of North America’s top corporations, firms, and organizations.
