Profile
Alan Wildes joined Cushman & Wakefield Inc., the world’s largest independent real estate services firm, as an Executive Director in 2011. Mr. Wildes provides advisory and consulting work on strategic real estate matters to both local and national major tenants, owners and investors.
Mr. Wildes is a graduate of Columbia University from which he holds a Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Management. Mr. Wildes also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yeshiva University.
Mr. Wildes is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), an Executive Board member and has been President of American Friends of Yeshivot B’nai Akiva for the past 11 years and also a member of the Board of Trustees of Westchester Day School.

• Brown Rudnick Berlack Israel's relocation to 55,000 square feet at 7 Times Square in Midtown Manhattan
• The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America renewal and expansion into 72,000 RSF at 11 Broadway, NYC
• Summit Professional Network sale of 85,000 square feet of its headquarters in Erlanger, KY and subsequent lease of 20,000 square feet
• Penton Media, Inc.'s headquarters relocation to 180,000 square feet at 1300 East 9th Street, Cleveland, OH (Deal of the Year Award in Cleveland)
• David Yurman Design, initial 55,000 square foot relocation of its executive offices, showrooms and production facilities to 200 Hudson Street, NYC and subsequent expansion to and extension of 128,000 RSF
• News America, Inc. relocation to 108,000 square feet at 20 Westport Road, Wilton, CT
