Alanna Joy Loeffler has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2006. She joined global real estate solutions firm Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, providing NYC retailer and real estate owner/investor clients with multi-channel marketing solutions. Her creative approach and laser focus on strategy helped her rise through the ranks quickly, and today she is Managing Director - Business Strategy, Americas Retail Services.

In her role, Alanna works closely with national clients, as part of the Americas Retail Services team, to develop business strategies and enrich client and broker engagements across North America. Alanna incorporates research, data, and analytics to formulate trends and insights for clients. Leveraging the company’s full breadth of services, she is focused on delivering value to the bottom line for retailers and investors.

Prior to this role, Alanna led retail marketing efforts across the Americas for Cushman & Wakefield creating and executing strategic marketing plans comprised of initiatives that supported Americas business objectives and expanded the depth and breadth of retail thought leadership. She also executed multi-faceted marketing and communications programs for all of C&W’s U.S. retail events as ICSC’s exclusive global sponsor. 

With a background in client service and art direction at NYC-based real estate marketing agencies, Alanna’s real estate experience has led her to work with clients like Beacon Capital Partners, Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, The Durst Organization, Extell Developers, LCOR, Millennium Partners, Related, RXR Realty, Savanna Fund, SL Green Realty Corp., The Carlyle Group, TIAA and Trinity Real Estate, among many others.
