Alban is an 18 year real estate veteran, and a member of Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets team and based in Raleigh-Durham, where he specializes in the disposition of office, flex and industrial properties.
Prior to his role at Cushman & Wakefield, Alban spent 8 years with Highwoods Properties (NYSE: HIW) as Director of Leasing, where his responsibilities included overseeing the leasing of a 2.1 million square foot office portfolio, site selection and acquisition, office redevelopment, and ground-up new developments. Alban started his real estate career in 2004 with Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE), as Senior Leasing Representative.
In addition to his role at Cushman & Wakefield, Alban serves on the board of the Triangle Area of Office Brokers Association (TRAOBA), where he was the past president, as well as serving on the board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Alban is also a graduate of Leadership Raleigh, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Alban has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampden Sydney College.
