Alexa Delahooke joined Cushman & Wakefield’s West Los Angeles office in 2019 as an associate where she focuses on representing office landlords and tenants in Los Angeles. As a broker associate for a prominent landlord representation team, Ms. Delahooke’s real estate advisory services provide comprehensive strategies that cover the administration and negotiation of deals such as renewals, relocations and consolidations. Additionally, she focuses her time as the team administrator lead fielding inquiries from brokers and providing our clients the latest market intel and reporting.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Delahooke worked at Clearlake Capital Group, a private equity finance firm in Santa Monica.
