Alma Cuevas is a Managing Director in the Industrial division of Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Alma represented the largest industrial owner in Southern Nevada where she was consistently recognized as best in her class. Responsible for the leasing, management, and oversight of a 3.5 MSF portfolio, Ms. Cuevas successfully negotiated over 3,000 transactions valued at $2B.

Ms. Cuevas assisted in the development of two multi-tenant industrial parks within the North Las Vegas submarket totaling 1 MSF. She works closely with local government to provide clients with various opportunities and programs available through the state’s economic development agencies.

Her unparalleled drive for developing effective solutions has been attributed to her proven success.
