Boasting more than twenty years of experience, Amy possesses extensive, in-depth knowledge of the Triangle market and caters to a diverse clientele of local and national investors. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, client-focused approach, and leveraging her extensive experience, Amy specializes in leasing services, providing maximum value to her clients.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Amy served as Vice President at Lincoln Property Company. Her specialization lies in owner representation, particularly in new developments and the strategic repositioning of existing assets, with notable expertise in the office, life science and retail/mixed-use markets.
