Andrew’s background in commercial finance, coupled with tenant advisory experience enables him to provide strategic planning, location analysis, lease negotiation and disposition services. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew worked as a Vice President at CRESA Partners and his finance background and start in commercial real estate was derived through his works at Uniquities, LLC where he helped facilitate over $1.0 Billion in transactions over an 8 year period.
