Andrew Starnes focuses on industrial real estate dispositions on behalf of owners, tenants, landlords and developers with a specific focus on the supply chain and distribution markets of the Inland Empire in Southern California. His areas of expertise include distribution network, facility, site, and transportation analysis. He also works on behalf of owners and developers to identify build to suit and speculative development opportunities.
Andrew Starnes started his career in industrial real estate in 2007 with Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group, Inc. with a focus on the industrial markets of North Los Angeles. Prior to joining Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group, Inc. he worked at Hathaway Dinwiddie, Inc., a regional and national general contractor, as a project engineer.
Prior to starting his professional career Mr. Starnes received his B.S. from the University of Southern California in 2005. He is also a member of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association and Inland Empire Chapter of NAIOP.
