Andrew Trench, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, has specialized in landlord representation for over 14 years in South Florida. He has worked on leases in both the office and retail sectors of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, but has concentrated on exclusively office properties since 2010. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, Andrew served as Leasing Director at Taylor & Mathis for over five years, and Landlord Representative at Holly Real Estate for the five years prior.

Education

Andrew is a Miami native, and went to Gulliver Schools all the way through high school. He went on to the University of Maryland and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor degree in Communications.

Affiliations

He is a graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami Program and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Downtown Development Authority’s Downtown Retail and Office Advisory Boards. Andrew is a nextgen council member for the Community Partnership for Homeless, organizes an annual kickball tournament which has raised over $50,000 to benefit the homeless, and was also an integral part in helping organize the Broker Boxing Charity event in Miami in 2008, which raised $250,000 for the Alonzo Mourning Charities.

Awards & Recognition

Andrew has been featured in Miami Today, the Daily Business Review, and was voted one of the “Young Guns of Commercial Real Estate” by the Real Deal Publication in 2008. Andrew has also been recognized as a “Power Broker” by CoStar.
