Ashley McNeil joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 and brings 10 years of commercial real estate research and operations expertise to the Government Services Group (GSG). As the team’s Brokerage Coordinator, Ashley oversees all marketing activities for the group, which specializes in Federal Government leasing and helps facilitate a seamless partnership between client goals and the teams’ role in collaboration. Ashley manages proposal and presentation development as well as business development. She is responsible for responding to General Services Administration requests for proposals, performing market research and analysis, and developing marketing strategies aimed at Federal agencies. She refines deliverables to ensure the utmost quality and care for all parties involved.

Prior to joining GSG, Ashley worked for 6 years as a Research Coordinator in Cushman & Wakefield’s global Research practice. In this role, Ashley worked closely with the Chief Economist, Global Head of Research to assess data analytics and present findings to the research team. She published local quarterly reports and maintained an internal resource library. Ashley brings a deep understanding of macro/micro-economic trends affecting the commercial real estate industry to the team. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ashley worked as a Sales & Marketing Associate for Bozzuto Management, where she fielded incoming requests, maintained social media platforms, planned community events, and created collateral for targeted tenants.
