Barton L. Mackey, Jr. joined Cushman & Wakefield in the Delaware office in 2022. Bart has been in Commercial Real Estate brokerage for more than 30 years.  

Bart’s sales and leasing transaction history is broad and includes office (tenant & landlord), industrial, retail, multifamily, land, development, re-development, investment sales and receivership. He has exclusively represented individuals, families, and entities from local to multinationals, in sales and leasing. He has also represented and counseled non-profit organizations to include schools, museums, and foundations.  

Prior to joining C&W, Bart was one of the founding brokers and a principal of Patterson-Woods & Associates, a Commercial Real Estate brokerage firm in New Castle County, Delaware. Patterson-Woods was an early and longtime member company of CORFAC International. 

Bart has taken a long-game approach in an often behind-the-scenes, non-published manner. His goal has been to prudently represent his clients and structure the best deal that the market will deliver.
