Ben Sarason is a Senior Associate Broker on the Miami Tenant Representation office brokerage team of Executive Managing Director Tony Jones and Vice Chairman Matthew Cheezem. Ben provides business development support and help manage client relationships for the team. As a major part of South Florida’s team, Ben’s expertise includes strategy development, build-to-suit planning, demographic analysis, logistic/distribution services, market analysis, cost of occupancy analyses, and negotiations. In addition, Ben works with tenants around the world, meeting their requirements that span a single office or a global portfolio as well as a renewal or relocation.
