About

Ben Harris leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Consulting practice, aligning clients’ business objectives with strategic real estate solutions. With deep expertise in supply chain and logistics, network optimization, site selection, and workforce analytics—and by leveraging powerful data on labor, location, incentives, and utilities—Ben enables clients to make holistic, well-informed real estate decisions that optimize their industrial real estate footprint, improve operational efficiency, and enhance their bottom line.

Additionally, Ben leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Supply Chain & Logistics Advisory (SCLA) team in the Americas, focusing on developing and implementing solutions that reduce operational expenses and enhance service delivery. He also oversees the Industrial Labor Analytics team, guiding clients to strategic locations that align with their workforce needs.

Before leading the Industrial Consulting practice, Ben served as Senior Managing Director of Client Solutions & Strategy, where he collaborated across regions and service lines to connect occupiers with tailored real estate solutions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ben held leadership roles in supply chain, logistics, and economic development. As Director of Supply Chain for Advanced Manufacturing & Bioscience at the Metro Atlanta Chamber, he led efforts to attract, retain, and expand companies and investment while developing industrial market strategies for corporate end-users, service providers, and consultants. As Senior Manager of Market Development at Manhattan Associates, he was responsible for developing the company’s sales pipeline and driving its overall Americas supply chain marketing. Prior to this, Ben spent four years with the Georgia Department of Economic Development. He was a key subject matter expert for all logistics and supply chain-focused projects and helped to establish the Center of Innovation for Logistics as a key industry resource. Ben began his career at Page International, Inc., optimizing global supply chain operations for a wide variety of businesses and Fortune 500 companies.
