Bill Starcevich joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 and is currently Senior Managing Director of Project and Development Services and leads C&W PDS Midwest markets (Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City and Minneapolis). Bill brings over twenty-eight (28) years of building experience in Chicago and around the country, including base building construction and renovation, tenant improvements, and pre-construction consulting. Bill leads the North Central subregion of C&W’s Project and Development Services team and provides account oversight for all project management related activities in these markets.

Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Starcevich was a Vice President and Senior Project Manager with Grubb & Ellis. He was responsible for providing project management services on all assigned projects and coordinated the delivery of services with the Client to ensure accurate and timely execution of the project process. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis in 2008, Bill was a Senior Project Manager for Fioretti Associates, Inc. where he was responsible for the development and coordination of all project level requirements. Mr. Starcevich also served as a Senior Project Manager for Leopardo Construction, Turner Construction Company, and LaSalle/Clune Construction where he was responsible for the management of single and multiple phased interior projects with responsibilities that included direct coordination with owners, architects, and contractors during all phases of the project. Bill also worked as financial analyst for United Airlines where he assisted operating divisions in preparing and tracking annual operating budgets, including statistical modeling, analyzing, and reporting on divisional compliance with budget plans.
