Blake Rasmussen has been a top producing real estate professional for more than 30 years specializing in industrial property including property leasing, building and land sales, built-to-suits, and investment/capital market transactions. To date, Blake has been involved in more than 4.5 Billion worth of real estate transactions with an emphasis on business park design and entitlement together with a focus on representing large institutional clients consisting of both corporate occupiers and institutional property ownerships.

Starting his career with CBRE in 1988, Blake was a founding member of the Stockton-Central California office. Organizing a team of eight professionals, Blake’s team proved to be instrumental in shaping many of the Industrial Parks within the Central and Northern California region. 

In late 2016, Blake together with his team, left CBRE and opened a new Cushman & Wakefield office within California’s Central Valley. With a continued emphasis of employing the best technology available in the commercial real estate industry, the team recently developed a client relationship management system (CRM) on the Salesforce platform which optimizes the team’s everyday business practice and enables clients to receive volumes of real-time market data on a daily basis.
