Bo Bond is an Executive Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Data Center Advisory Group and is based in the firm’s Dallas office. He has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is known nation-wide as a data center expert.

Bond and his partner, Ali Greenwood, have established themselves as a premier data center brokerage team. Collectively, they have completed assignments for many of the Fortune 500 across various industry verticals, as well as investors and data center operators alike.

Bond has negotiated more than 30 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions in markets around the world. His is an expert on the unique concerns of data center clients and their mission-critical assignments, including infrastructure, connectivity, IT considerations and technical issues. Bond works closely with each client to meet their goals, providing a range of services that include customized strategy development and execution, tenant and owner representation, acquisitions and dispositions, and data center development.

Bond most recently served at JLL as Managing Director and co-leader of the company’s global Data Center Solutions practice. He has been recognized with a wide variety of industry awards, including Dallas Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters list and Best Deals awards, D CEO’s Power Brokers list and CoStar’s Power Brokers list. He also earned the Staubach/JLL Top Gun distinction nine years.
