Brad Domenico is a Vice Chair and member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) team, based in New Jersey.

Brad manages, underwrites and markets debt and equity opportunities for a diverse array of property owners and investors, including institutional clients, family offices and both domestic and foreign private investors. Throughout his career, he has facilitated over $10 billion in debt and equity placements.

Brad’s experience spans property asset classes including industrial, office, retail, mixed-use and multi-family properties. He has arranged capital for acquisitions, refinancing, pre-development, construction, build-to-suit projects and portfolio transactions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brad spent 12 years as a partner at Progress Capital. His contributions to the industry have earned him recognition from several respected publications and organizations. Some of Brad’s accolades include the Commercial Observer’s “Top 25 Under 35”, Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s “Top Financial Deal” and NJBIZ’s “Forty Under 40” and “2025 Leaders in Finance” honors
