About

Brandon is an Executive Leader within the Global Occupier Services Business of Cushman & Wakefield. He is currently leading the Real Estate and Workplace outsourcing in the West Region of the Americas for Cushman & Wakefield’s global enterprise clients.  

With more than 20 years of experience in leading real estate organizations and developing high-performing talent, Brandon has led and integrated a variety of business lines including Portfolio Planning, Transactions, Project Management, Lease Administration, Finance, Procurement, and Facility Management. His career has been focused on delivering real estate solutions and producing results for Fortune 500 clients. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2015 and is currently the Head of the West Region, Client Delivery organization. While at Cushman & Wakefield, Brandon has held several leadership roles including Executive Account Director over multiple accounts, Account Director at Google, Account Director at First American Title Company, and Solutions Development Lead in the West Region. With expertise in developing high-performing teams and creatively solving problems, Brandon is an industry leader in strategic planning, and driving innovation and savings. 

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he co-led Edison Energy Solutions, a corporate start-up and subsidiary of Edison International, focused on developing emerging energy solutions for commercial customers. He has also led real estate and facilities management functions for California’s two largest utilities. While at Southern California Edison (SCE), Brandon led Facilities Management, Project Management, Space Management, Transaction Management, and Strategic Planning. At PG&E, he was a regional facilities leader overseeing projects and operations in the San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland markets.
