Braydon Torres is an Associate - Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield specializing in landlord representation in the sale and leasing of Retail Properties in the greater Boise area. After earning his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Antelope Valley in Southern California, Braydon decided to enter the world of commercial real estate to explore his passion for advancing clients investments. Braydon works closely with other agents and brokers in the area to make sure his clients find the perfect space and get the greatest transaction for their properties.

Born and raised in Idaho, Braydon grew up within the Treasure Valley area where he maintains his deep roots. As a lifelong athlete, he understands what hard work and dedication means in which he implements into his everyday endeavors. A high touch agent known for his unmatched devotion to clients and commitment towards a proactive presence in the community, Braydon’s success is based on his powerful negotiation style, client-agent relationships, and detail to efficiency. In his free time, Braydon enjoys coaching high school baseball and playing golf in the summer months.
