Mr. Jaffe is the US West and LATAM Project & Development Services Lead based in Seattle, WA. In this role, he is responsible for all local market project management activities supporting over 300 professionals across 25 markets located within the Western US, South America and Latin America. As a member of the executive leadership team for the Americas, he additionally acts as executive sponsor for Specialty Practice Groups in Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Move Management & Relocation Services across the region.
With over 30 years’ experience in real estate development and commercial project management, Mr. Jaffe has successfully directed teams and projects in excess of 60 million square feet throughout the country valued at over $10 billion in capital managed on the client’s behalf. Previously, Mr. Jaffe has served as the West Regional Director for a global real estate firm supporting over 385 project management professionals across 8 corporate accounts and 14 local markets.
Mr. Jaffe’s value to his clients includes diverse experience in all facets of real estate providing a full array of consulting and tactical project delivery services across all industry sectors on local, regional, and global basis. These experiences range from single engagements to global, multi-market programs for new construction, interior fit-out and consolidations
