Brian R. Raher joined C&W in 1989 has established his practice with a focus on institutional investor and corporate tenant representation services locally and nationally, as well as transaction services for many of Washington’s largest owners.
His wide-ranging experience includes lease acquisitions and dispositions, agency leasing, build-to-suits, investment sales and structured finance. Mr. Raher has been involved in over 13 million square feet of real estate transactions and is a lifetime member of the Multi-million Dollar Leasing and Sales Club for the Washington, DC Board of Realtors.
Mr. Raher graduated cum laude from James Madison University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in public administration/urban planning and finance. He is an active member in the Urban Land Institute, CoreNet, and the Washington Board of Trade. Mr. Raher is a frequent speaker for RealShare, GWCAR, and DCBIA.
