Brian Sarath is an Executive Director in the New York Middle Market Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield. He focuses on Investment Sales/Development Sites/Owner-User properties/Ground Leases/Joint Ventures in the New York Metropolitan Area. Previously, he was the 2nd hire in Massey Knakal’s Queens office, which was the company’s first venture outside of Manhattan in 2000. To date, he has sold more than 330 buildings and loans with an aggregate value of over $1 billion.
Mr. Sarath has been a consistent source for real estate publications including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Real Estate Weekly, The Real Deal, Crain’s, Queens Tribune and the Queens Courier. Mr, Sarath received a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a Minor in Business from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
