Brian Share is a Vice Chair in the Los Angeles office of Cushman & Wakefield focused on originating, structuring, and placing institutional commercial real estate debt nationally. Mr. Share has been responsible for financing transactions totaling more than $25 billion—placing everything from permanent to bridge to construction loans across all asset classes and markets and serving as a trusted advisor to institutional owners, developers, and investors, by delivering the most competitive financing terms available.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Share spent seven years as a lender originating and closing loans at Deutsche Bank as a key member of the Commercial Real Estate Debt Originations team during which time, he was responsible for 100+ transactions across the U.S.
