About
Brian brings seventeen (17) years of business management experience to Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate. He has procured and renegotiated leases for his own retail business sparking his interest in commercial real estate. Having a vested interest in multiple locations, Brian was involved in every aspect of finding the best properties with the highest return on investment. Brian brings his own experience and knowledge of property acquisition to provide a first-hand point of view for both sides of a real estate transaction.
Prior to his entrepreneurship, Brian was the Sales Manager for C.A. Picard International’s North America Operations. C.A. Picard is a manufacturer of hardened wear parts for different industrial applications such as polymer and color compounding, foundry and electronic circuit board manufacturing. Brian worked side by side with customers to provide a value-added solution to many issues to improve production and profitability.
Brian’s knowledge in commercial real estate evaluation and experience provides him with the expertise to handle a variety of corporate and private real estate projects. Brian has been influential in many different types of transactions for small and large clients throughout Northern Ohio. Serving his clients for the disposition of large industrial buildings and acquisition of hundreds of acres for residential land development, Brian has provided excellent insight and guidance throughout these transactions with extraordinary customer satisfaction.
Brian’s area of expertise includes exclusive representation for acquisition and/or disposition of an existing property, Tenant and Landlord representation for retail, industrial and medical space throughout Northern Ohio, but focused on the Western Cleveland to Toledo market.
