He has detailed market knowledge regarding building inventory, tenant demand, venture capital, M&A, IPO activity as well as extensive experience with ground up construction and redevelopment.

Brian is regarded as one of the top brokers in San Diego as he represents leading local and Institutional companies.  Brian has been involved in negotiations on San Diego’s most iconic life science developments which include: Bristol Myer Squibb BTS (427,000 RSF), Altos Labs BTS (309,000 RSF), Singular Genomics BTS (205,000 RSF), Vertex Pharmaceuticals BTS (170,000 RSF), Takeda Pharmaceuticals (163,000 RSF) and Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals BTS (144,000 RSF). He has also worked on large Technology transactions with Apple, Amazon, Google and Meta.  As a result, he brings a wealth of transaction experience to his clients with over 3.2 billion dollars in transaction volume.
