Bryce Aberg is a Co-lead of the West Coast Team for Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), specializing in industrial capital markets, institutional property sales, and corporate client representation across the West Coast. With over 20 years of experience, Bryce leads the organization’s capital markets efforts in San Diego, Seattle and Portland. Additionally, he is the leader of a co-broker team responsible for more than 15 million square feet of industrial space in the San Diego region. Bryce has completed over 2,500 sale and lease transactions, totalling over 40 million square feet for a total consideration of $6.0+ billion.

A multiple Top Producer Achievement awardee at Cushman & Wakefield from 2015 to 2023 and DTZ from 2013 to 2014, Bryce is recognized for his deep market expertise and investor acumen. In 2022, Bryce was named San Diego’s Broker of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal, highlighting his status as a leading broker in the industry.
