Carlos brings over 20 years of industry experience to our team. Prior to joining us, he was with Partners, where he focused on leasing and marketing industrial properties while actively sourcing new business opportunities. Previously, Carlos oversaw the South Texas industrial market at CBRE, where he was responsible for the day-to-day leasing and marketing of IDI Gazeley’s industrial portfolio in South Texas and Reynosa, Mexico. Carlos originally opened the McAllen office for CBRE, with responsibility for the Rio Grande Valley’s industrial market.
