Celeste Fowden is the Director of Brokerage for Cushman & Wakefield’s Central Texas region, overseeing brokerage operations in the Austin and San Antonio offices. In this leadership role, she drives strategic initiatives, fosters collaboration across service lines, and supports the success of the region’s brokerage 
professionals while ensuring exceptional client service.

Before stepping into her current role, Celeste was a Managing Director on the Sunbelt Institutional Investment Sales team, one of the country’s leading office investment sales teams led by Mike McDonald and Jonathan Napper. Based in Austin, she focused on high-profile office transactions across Texas, with a concentration on the Austin and Dallas markets. In 2019, her team achieved over $2.5 billion in office transactions, establishing a reputation for excellence in the industry.

Earlier in her career, Celeste built a strong foundation in office leasing and successfully closed more than 800 transactions, totaling over 9 million square feet of office leasing activity in Austin and Dallas. Celeste’s deep market knowledge, proven track record, and commitment to building strong client relationships position her as an invaluable leader for Cushman & Wakefield in the Central Texas region
