Charley Koones is a member of the Gill, Burns, Yoo brokerage team at Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Los Angeles office. The team, led by Brandon Gill, Brandon Burns, and Jae Yoo, brings over 80 years of combined real estate experience, specializing in industrial sales, leasing, and development.

Charley began his career representing occupiers in commercial transactions across the Greater Los Angeles market after graduating from college. In 2021, he joined the Gill Burns Yoo team, focusing on providing strategic representation and advisory services to private and institutional landlords, occupiers, developers, buyers, and sellers throughout Greater LA. Known for his critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Charley has developed a deep understanding of the complexities within Los Angeles' various municipalities and zoning codes. Additionally, he is an expert in industrial trends keeping a firm grasp on LA’s port activity and the ever-changing needs of industrial tenants in the market.

In 2023, Charley was recognized with Cushman & Wakefield's "Rising Star Award" for the Los Angeles region.
