Charlie Jacobs is an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield and part of the National Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), specializing in West Coast Industrial Capital Markets institutional property sales, and corporate client representation. 

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Charlie spent two years at Oracle in Austin, Texas, where he served as a Cloud Technology Consultant and ISV Partner Development Representative. In these roles, he advised small and medium-sized businesses on the adoption of Oracle’s cloud and AI solutions, helping clients modernize their tech stacks and drive operational efficiency. This experience provided a strong foundation in strategic sales, client engagement, and the business applications of emerging technologies. 

Charlie holds a B.A. in Business Management from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
