Chase Johnson joined Cushman & Wakefield as Managing Director in 2022 and is based out of the firm’s Austin and San Antonio offices. He focuses on Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) solutions for clients and has extensive experience successfully financing multifamily communities, industrial facilities, grocery-anchored, neighborhood strip retail, self-storage, office, and manufactured housing communities. His leadership is a key component for Cushman & Wakefield’s expansion of this service line.

Formerly a Senior Vice President with Northmarq’s debt & equity team, Chase led the Austin office in loan production for 2021. Over the past 8 years, he has facilitated over 100 financing transactions totalling nearly $1 billion in volume through his strong relationships with agencies, life insurance companies, debt funds, banks, and credit unions.
